Why? How? Sweet Savory Grace?

First things first . . .  why sweetsavorygrace you ask? I wish I had a more exciting answer! Very simply, all the domain names I've been playing with are far too common and are unavailable. Since I've decided that my vlog was going to be hugely about food, I wanted the word "sweet" plainly because at any given day, I would eat my dessert first. Of course, it's worth mentioning that I'm an entrepreneur turned pastry chef. As for the word savory, let your taste buds speak! I mean, FOOD!Why blog/vlog? To answer the why, let's start with the how. Since opening my pastry shop in 2013, I've been mostly a walking dead. Don't get me wrong, the shop was an extension of my soul and I've had plenty of fun. However, I've also worked tirelessly. As many startup entrepreneurs know, I've spent myself in all possible ways towards the business. I simply did not have anytime to do anything else.How? I've sold my business recently and all of a sudden found myself having so much mental space and time. For the first time in quite a long time, I can ask myself, what's next? Though still a bit clueless, I'm more than excited to be able to share my journey. There is 1 thing I am very certain of though, I truly enjoy food.Why blog/vlog? If there was one thing I wish I did when I opened up my shop, I truly wish I vlogged the experience. Not only do I get to share my experiences to others but I also get to document the journey. I believe that we all have a message to share that the world need to see. And somehow, just somehow our message can make this world a better place.So follow along and enjoy this roller coaster ride with me!
